The pink prescription for those with statutory health insurance is valid for 28 days from the date of issue. Within this period, the prescription must be submitted to a medical supply store of your choice. There are no uniform regulations for private prescriptions. If you are unsure, please contact your health insurance provider directly.

Generally not. You can come anytime during opening hours. We offer the option of scheduling an appointment for breast prostheses, bras, and swimwear. However, this is not mandatory; you can decide how you prefer to proceed. If you have been prescribed compression stockings and the prescription specifies "flat knit" or "flat-knit," we will schedule an appointment for a fitting. You are welcome to send us the prescription in advance by email, as this type of stocking requires prior authorization from most health insurance providers. For circular-knit compression stockings (in which case "flat-knit" or "flat-knit" will not be specified on the prescription), you do not need an appointment. Ideally, you should come in the morning, as legs tend to swell during the day. If you have a prescription for orthopaedic shoe inserts, you do not need an appointment and can come at any time.

We have a disabled parking space in front of the entrance. Otherwise, the "EKZ Stachus" parking garage is the best option.
